2025 Scholarship Recipient
Grant Mullin
Grant Mullin is a recent graduate of South Jefferson High School. This fall, he plans to attend the State University of New York at Fredonia, majoring in Sound Recording Technology. His long-term goal is to enter the music industry as a producer. Grant’s appreciation for music, and the process of creating, recording, and producing it, fuels his passion for sound design which he hopes to turn into a profession that leaves a lasting impact on audiences, helping them connect deeply with their own souls.
2025 Scholarship Recipient
Luik Hopper
Luik is recent graduate of Thousand Islands High School and plans to study Music Education with a focus on voice at SUNY Fredonia. His goal is to become a music teacher for students in grades K–12. His music teachers have had a strong impact on him, and he wishes to do the same for others by creating a strong music program wherever he teaches and to help students grow through music. Luik is looking forward to building his skills in college and working with other musicians and educators.
2024 Scholarship Recipient
Alexandra Ives
Is a senior at Thousand Islands High School. She is a singer, songwriter, composer, and arranger and has been accepted at Emerson College in Boston with a major in Musical Theatre and Ithaca College School of Music, Theatre, and Dance with a major in Sound Recording Technology with a concentration in Voice.
2024 Scholarship Recipient
Jack Marra
Is a senior at Watertown High School. He will be majoring in Musical Theater next year. He has been accepted into the BFA Musical Theater program at Nazareth University and the BA Musical Theater program at SUNY Geneseo as well as a pre-professional studies minor that will prepare him for any graduate music education institution.

Evangeline Hopper
Evangeline is a senior at Thousand Islands High School who will be attending Onondaga Community College in the fall, majoring in Music Education with a performance concentration in voice.

Victoria is a senior at Indian River High School who will be attending Middle Tennessee State University in the fall, majoring in Audio Production. She currently studies piano with John Spradling.

Katelyn LaMarche Nier
Katelyn LaMarche Nier, General Brown Class of 2018; JCC class of 2022. Katelyn is a sophomore at the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, New York, majoring in Music Education with a concentration in voice. She currently studies with Colleen Skull.

Duncan Van Schaick, Thousand Islands class of 2021. Duncan is a sophomore at the Crane School of Music, Potsdam, New York, majoring in both Performance and Music Education with a performance concentration in voice. He currently studies with Christopher Sierra.
